The country's watersheds, which are primarily used in the winter, are predicted to see an increase in humidity in June. The majority of the Tekeze, Abay, Awash, Baroakobo, Omogibe, Afar Denacle, Upper and Middle Rift Valley, Upper Wabe Shebele, and Genale Dawa basins are predicted to experience humid to high humidity as a result; this will be beneficial for the development of surface and subsurface water resources.
